75th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy

18 MAY – 22 SEPTEMBER at the Museum of the Battle of Normandy
As part of the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the Normandy Landings and the Battle of Normandy, this exhibition traces the journey of General De Gaulle during the Second World War, with the presentation of iconic and striking objects never shown in Normandy. These objects will be accompanied by historical images, photographs and films, some unpublished, found thanks to the research of Dominique Forget in the US archives.
